Being your day with a choice of one of four curated excursions:  discover the coastal beauty of the Vendicari Nature Reserve before continuing to the charming fishing village of Marzamemi; explore Syracuse Archaeological Park, including the Neapolis, catacombs, and visit the Siracusa basilica to marvel at The Burial of Saint Lucy by Caravaggio; visit the charming Baroque towns of Ragusa and Modica; or enjoy a guided walking tour of Ortigia, complete with a private tea hosted by a Sicilian noble.

This is followed by a Globe Journalist Talk before departing for your scenic two hour crossing aboard Virtu Ferries to the captivating city of Valletta.

A transfer* will then take you through the streets of Valletta to Malta International Airport, where you’ll begin your journey home, departing with a deeper connection to this remarkable region and memories to last a lifetime.
