This morning we disembark the Scenic Sapphire and head out on our two-day tour of the spectacular French Riviera region. Guests will stay at the 5-star Fairmont Monte Carlo hotel & resort, in the heart of Monaco just steps from the famed Grand Casino.
CHATEAU LA COSTE
On day one, the full group will visit Chateau La Coste for an art and wine tour and tasting at the stunning, unique, art focused property. We then travel to the picturesque small city of Aix-en-Provence for a tour of the old town followed by a three-course lunch. After lunch, we travel to the magnificent Monaco for your hotel check in. This evening enjoy time on your own exploring the extravagant Monte Carlo.

COOKING CLASS AT A LOCAL CULINARY SCHOOL IN NICE
Enjoy a hands-on intimate cooking class where you’ll learn how to prepare a classic southern French meal and hear about the culture and history of Nice. You’ll then dine on the meal that you prepared along with a wine pairing.

WINE TOUR AND TASTING AT CHATEAU CREMAT
Chateau Cremat is a picturesque and historic winery nestled in the enchanting countryside of the French Riviera. Situated just a short distance from the vibrant city of Nice, this stunning estate offers a captivating blend of natural beauty, architectural charm, and a rich winemaking heritage.
As you approach Chateau Cremat, you are greeted by sprawling vineyards that cascade down the sun-kissed hillsides, creating a breathtaking panorama. Enjoy a tour and wine tasting hosted by Globe wine writer, Christopher Waters, at this wonderful winery.

This evening enjoy an aperatif and some canapes and bid adieu to your fellow travelers and Globe journalists at a private Farewell Reception at the Fairmont Monte Carlo. On the morning of June 10th, you’ll transfer from Monte Carlo to Nice for your flight home.
