OUR NEWSROOM

Get the story behind the stories with a unique look into The Globe's Newsroom.

The Globe and Mail is Canada’s source for trusted journalism, providing eye-opening investigations and thought-provoking opinions from the country’s most award-winning newsroom. Joining us on our journey will be The Globe’s intrepid team, CEO, Andrew Saunders and Editor-in-Chief, David Walmsley, who will take on hosting duties for one week each. Cookbook author and Globe food contributor, Tara O’Brady and Globe wine writer, Christopher Waters, will ensure we’re well fed and well imbibed along the way. They will be joined by reporters and columnist including Robert Fife, Robyn Doolittle and Alexandra Posadzki, who will each host forums and tours.

Together, they will give you a behind-the-scenes look at some of The Globe’s headline stories and their views on some of the world’s most pressing issues. France, like Europe at large, is at a cultural crossroad. How will it adapt to ongoing migration? And how will it negotiate the globalization of culture, ideas and capital? All these questions and more will be explored by The Globe’s international team of journalists.
